Resolution No. 38/V/96 approving the Convention regulating fishing activity within the waters of the Member States

This Resolution approves the Convention regulating fishing activity within the waters of the Member States. It consists of 19 articles and 2 annexes establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform this activity (fishing licence, fishing gear, vessel, fishing areas, etc.). Annexes lay down model forms listing all information required (fish species to be caught, fishing vessel information, etc.) An unofficial translation from French into Portuguese is attached to the text.
