Agreement between the State Committee on Nuclear and Radiation Safety of Ukraine and the Federal Nuclear Safety Inspectorate of Switzerland

Угода між Державним комітетом України з ядерної та радіаційної безпеки та Федеральною інспекцією Швейцарії з ядерної безпеки

The Contracting Parties have agreed to exchange information related to safe use of nuclear energy, including legislative acts and regulations, licensing provisions and technical requirements regarding nuclear plants and storage of radioactive waste (art. 1). The Contracting Parties shall exchange experts for the purpose of obtaining information regarding the national regulatory policy, safety of nuclear plants and nuclear accidents (art. 3).
