Résumé

The Parties shall agree to cooperate on mutual basis within the framework of the national legislation on practical fisheries issues and shall carry out consultations paying particular attention to conservation and rational management of the marine living resources. The Parties, for the purpose of the present Agreement shall set up Joint Commission.
