Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Israel on cooperation in the field of sea transportation

The purpose of the present Agreement shall be to promote cooperation in the field of sea transportation and navigation (art. 1). The Parties shall cooperate in ensuring safe navigation and protection of the marine environment against pollution (art. 3).
