Agreement between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on the Extension of the 1974 Continental Shelf Boundary between the two Countries in the Andaman Sea and the Indian Ocean

Consequently to the Agreement between the Republic of India and the Republic of Indonesia relating to the Delimitation of the Continental Shelf Boundary between the two countries and desiring to extend this boundary between the two countries in the Andaman Sea and the Indian Ocean in areas not covered by the aforementioned Agreement, the Parties agree on boundaries in the areas specified as straight lines connecting points. The Parties also appoint competent authorities. Any dispute between the two Governments relating to the interpretation or implementation of this Agreement shall be settled peacefully by consultation or negotiation.
