Agreement between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Republic of Latvia on economic and technological cooperation

With this Agreement, the Governments of the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of Latvia have agreed to make any effort to develop and strengthen economic and technological cooperation. The field of agricultural cooperation (including agro-industry) was identified among the areas of possible cooperation. Such cooperation may take the form of the elaboration of common research and training programmes, the provision of technical and scientific expertise, the convening of symposia and meetings, etc. A Joint Committee is hereby established with the aim of ensuring the implementation and normal development of this Agreement.
