For this purpose the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to arrange for the assignment of, or to purchase, the Central Arizona Project of the Tribe and the subcontract of the city of Prescott to provide funds for deposit into the Verde River Basin Water Fund to be established by the Secretary under section 106 (sect. 105). The Fund shall provide replacement water for the water used for the Central Arizona Project and relinquished by the Tribe and by Prescott. (13 sections) Texte intégral Anglais
