The purpose of the Plan is to encourage the production and marketing of high quality wool in Nova Scotia and to encourage and develop efficient and effective marketing of Nova Scotia produced wool. Section 5 establishes that the Commodity Board shall be constituted to be known as the Nova Scotia Wool Marketing Board.
