This Act enters into force on 1 January 1999.
Résumé

Article 1 establishes a Wood Marketing Fund of the German Forestry as a public corporation based in Bonn. The structure and the tasks of this body are outlined in the following articles. In particular, it has to ensure the use and marketing of products of the German Forestry and Wood Industry by opening new markets both domestic and foreign. The Act consists of 15 articles.
