Where the corporation intends to discontinue the supply of untreated water in any area and to commence supplying treated, supplies of sterilized water in that area, the corporation shall publish a notice of such intention in the Gazette and in at least two local newspapers circulating in Seychelles specifying the area in which and the date on which the supply of untreated water is to be discontinued. The corporation shall not discontinue the supply of untreated water in any area prior to the expiry of a period of three months of from the latest date of publication of the notice.
