This Strategic Plan 2018/2022 presents key issues about the future of Wasreb to be executed in the next five years in order to fulfill the vision of being a proactive and dynamic water services regulator. It provides background information about Wasreb, situational analysis, strategic direction, followed by corporate balanced Scorecard matrix that clearly indicates the strategic themes, objectives, strategies, initiatives, measures, time frames and resource requirements. It culminates with an elaborate monitoring and evaluation framework. Based on a rigorous review of strategic direction, the Board reviewed its mission, vision and core values.
