Résumé The purpose of the present Law ist to regulate the flood control system, the water police, the use of water and water supply system. In particular, it deals with the following matters: public waters, surface waters, expropriation proceedings, terms of reference, potable water supply, concessions, fees, administrative proceedings; hydropower generation, freshwater resources management and abstraction of groundwater.
