Résumé An Ordinance to establish the maximum amounts allowed in the discharge of waste water into public waters; in particular, waste water containing polluting substances must be monitored and amounts curtailed. Article 2 contains a definition clause relating to the various terms employed in the Ordinance, while article 3 sets out general principles for the treatment of sewage. The Ordinance consists of 7 articles and 57 Annexes laying down specific requirements for the various industries, such as coal industry, food industry, chemical industry, etc. Texte intégral Anglais/Allemand
