Entry into force notes: The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 August 2008.

Résumé: The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of waste and soil protection provisions in Saxony. In particular, the Ordinance defines the responsibilities of the following public bodies: the State Ministry of the Environment and Agriculture, regional offices, Mining Office, State Office for Environment, Agriculture and Geology, and other specialized agencies. The text consists of 7 articles.
