Résumé “Zivania” shall be called the vine spirit which meets the requirements of these Regulations and whose quality complies with the provisions of the Food (Sale and Control) Law and its alcohol degree is not less than 43% vol. and the maximum methanol content is 200gr/lt. The Regulations provide for matters concerning the preparation and placing into the market of bottled Zivania and the packaging and labeling of bottles. For the production, bottling and marketing of Zivania by distillers a license of use is required, issued by the Vine Products Board.
