This Act is divided as follows: Part 1 Preliminary; Part 2 Restricted acts of veterinary science; Part 3 Practice of veterinary science; Part 4 Registration of veterinary practitioners; Division 1 Registration procedures; Part 4 A Recognition of interstate veterinary practitioners; Part 5 Complaints and disciplinary proceedings; Part 6 Veterinary hospitals; Part 7 Veterinary Practitioners Board; Part 9 Powers of inspectors Part 9A; Part 10 Miscellaneous. Schedule 1-4 deal with: Unrestricted acts of veterinary science; Provisions relating to the members and procedure of the Board; Savings, transitional and other provisions.
