Résumé

Specialized sturgeon (beluga, sturgeon, stellate sturgeon) fish-farming establishments must strictly observe complex veterinary and fish-farming arrangements ensuring proper sanitary culture and conservation of brood fishes, spawn to be incubated, growing larvae and fry. The document consists of 9 Secs. Section 1 regards veterinary and sanitary requirements for construction and re-construction of sturgeon fish-farming establishments. Section 2 establishes general veterinary and sanitary requirements for workshops of sturgeon fish-farming establishments. Section 3 establishes veterinary and sanitary requirements for workshop of procurement, transportation and keeping brood fishes. Section 4 establishes veterinary and sanitary requirements for workshop of extraction and incubation of spawn. Section 5 establishes veterinary and sanitary requirements for workshop of fry growing. Section 6 establishes veterinary and sanitary requirements for workshop of fry growing of sturgeon species. Section 7 establishes veterinary and sanitary requirements for workshop of breeding live feed. Section 8 establishes veterinary and sanitary requirements for workshop of transportation of fry of sturgeon species. Section 9 regards curative and preventive arrangements.
