The Ordinance defines at the outset its scope of application. Animal holding places must comply with special requirements such as adequate temperature, space, level of noise, feeding, social contacts, etc. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General requirements for animal keeping (1); Special requirements for animal keeping (2).
