Résumé: The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Upper Austria Air Pollution Control and Energy Technology Law 2002 (LGBl. No. 114). In particular, the Ordinance rewords, inter alia, article 3 on Definition of terms; article 13 on Inspection report; article 15 on Technical documentation; article 25a on Continuous survey. The text consists of 2 articles.
