The Act includes the power to make rules for the purpose of charging fees in respect of any matters under the Act, however no rules in relation to the charging of fees have been included at this time. The Rules are divided as follows: Preliminary (Part 1); Criteria relating to heritage significance (Part 2); Permits (Part 3).
