Résumé

Adoption of the National Emergency Plan for food and animal feed as established by Art. 115 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and Art. 8 of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/300 of 19 February 2019. The Plan shall specify the types of situation involving direct or indirect risks to human health deriving from food and feed which are not likely to be prevented, eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level by provisions in place or cannot adequately be managed solely by way of the application of Articles 53 and 54 (general emergency measures) (Art. 55 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002, as mentioned under Art. 115 Regulation (EU) 2017/625).
