Matters covered by this Order include: debarking of wood to be used as packaging material; kinds of treatment for wood packaging materials; duties of quarantine officers and disinfection methods; application of marks to the wood to indicate that it has been subjected to phytosanitary treatment; issuance of marks, certifications and guarantee marks; conditions of entry into the country for non-compliant wood or wood packages; destruction of materials infested with defined live wood-boring pest.
