The Order prohibits any person, without specific authorisation, from removing or moving into the county any citrus plant or part of it, including seedling, cutting, products, related materials and articles. The Order specifies actions to be taken in case of suspected presence of the pest within an area, and duties and powers of the Chief Plant Quarantine Officer to control the spread of huanglongbing.
