This Presidential Decree enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Résumé

The President approves the proposals of the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade, Association "Uztukimachiliksanoat" on: (a) phased attraction by cotton-textile clusters of alternative sources of financing and funds of foreign financial organizations in the amount of 700 million US dollars based on the provision of cotton fiber; (b) creation within six months of representative offices of at least three large foreign companies that provide international certificates for the products of domestic enterprises; (c) covering the costs of participation of representatives of well-known brands in exhibitions and fairs held annually in the republic at the expense of the Export Support Fund; and (d) creation within two months, as an experiment, of trading houses (representative offices) of the Uztukimachiliksanoat Association in European countries at the expense of the Export Support Fund. The President approves the proposal of the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment and the Association "Uztukimachiliksanoat" on the employment of citizens included in social registers at enterprises in the aforesaid fields with the condition of maintaining the benefits provided to them for a three-month period.
