The Government may entrust the management of the textile mills re-acquired under sub-section (1) to the Bangladesh Textile Mills Corporation to continue or resume its operations. In addition to government funding, textile mills may be modernized and new textile mills may be established through the cooperation of foreign governments with the Government of Bangladesh, public-private partnership, domestic and foreign joint investment, domestic private investment, foreign investment or similar management.
