Résumé The present Ordinance contains dispositions regulating the prevention of spreading of swine fever. Once the disease is ascertained in a certain place, an expert group has to be called upon and within 6 week it has to submit to the Ministry for Health and Women a report advising the most appropriate measures to be taken in these circumstances.Twelve months after the last case has been dealth with they said expert group will have to provide a monitoring plan to the Ministry for Health and Women. Article 6 establishes that pigs, pig semen, pig embryons or egg cells from these areas may not be made available in other EC countries. The Ordinance consists of 7 articles.
