Chapter 2 provides for supply contracts and cane access rights. Chapter 6 applies for the making or variation of collective contracts between groups of growers and mill owners who are within the same region. Chapter 7 contains miscellaneous provisions, among others, on record keeping and Chapter 9 contains transitional provisions for primary industries. The Act is completed by one schedule containing a dictionary of terms used in the Act.
