Endangered fishery taxa are classified into three groups: 1. Critically Endangered (CR) taxon of fisheries in the wild when the stock is facing an extremely high risk of extinction; 2. Endangered (EN) taxon of fisheries in the wild is endangered when there is evidence showing clearly that this type of fisheries is facing a high risk of extinction; 3. Vulnerable (VU) taxon is of fisheries in the wild is vulnerable when it is easily facing a high risk of extinction in the medium-term future. Classification of a fishery taxon is attached in Appendix of this Sub-Decree. Amendment and addition of a potential endangered fishery taxon in the future will be defined by Sub-Decree. A measure to protect endangered fishery product will be defined by a Proclamation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. Texte intégral Anglais
