Entry into force notes: This Sub-Decree enters into force on 26 August 2005.

Résumé: This Sub-Decree provides for new tasks to be carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and for the establishment of new departments under the jurisdiction of the Ministry which are: the Department of Internal Audit; the Department of Planning and Statistics; the Department of International Cooperation; and the Agriculture Information and Documentation Centre.
