The strategic goals of this guidance are: (I) improving the business environment and regulatory framework for SME activity, (II) ensuring profitable and efficient access to financial resources of SMEs, (III) increasing access to foreign markets, (IV) enhancing the knowledge and skills of SMEs and accelerating the application of advanced practices, and (V) promoting and expanding innovation and research and development activities for SMEs.
