Résumé

The present Regulation concerns the storage and handling of petroleum and allied petroleum products. For the purposes of this Regulation these products are considered as dangerous goods. The text consists of 71 sections divided into 13 Parts as follows: Interpretation, application and designation (1); General provisions (2); Internal-combustion engine fuel quality (3); Permits for construction and alteration (4); Permits for operation (5); Inventory and record-keeping (6); Spillages and leakages (7); Transfer of permits or real property (8); Out-of-service storage tank systems (9); Licensed petroleum technicians (10); Required tests and inspections (11); Upgrading or removal of storage tanks systems (12); Transitional and coming into force (13).
