Résumé An Act to regulate the breeding of animals and animal production for breeding purposes. It also sets out rules on animals trade, hygiene requirements of their keeping and environmental conditions regarding to the livestock. Animals, according to this Act, are: cattle, goats, horses, sheep, swine, poultry, bees and other domestic animals. It consists of 86 articles, divided into 13 Parts: General provisions (1); Farmers Stockbreeding Associations (2); Production and trade of animals for reproduction (3); Breeding of animals (4); Production and trade of animals' semen (5); Recognition and production of new animal races (6); Poultry production into incubator (7); Goat keeping (8); Bee- keeping (9); Production of animals' feedstuffs (10); Inspection (11); Offences (12); Transitional and final provisions (13).
