Furthermore, they shall work together with the competent authorities to obtain an adequate implementation of the Regional Land Use Planning Programme. The text consists of 3 articles as follows: Establishment of common requirement of land use planning with a view to the responsibilities of Bremen and Bremerhaven (1); Framework for a land use planning contract relating to cooperation on a regional basis (2); Vote on proceedings relating to infrastructure measures (3).
