The Board aims to secure aid, assist institutions in implementing schemes of social welfare and economic development; aid and promote projects directed towards agricultural development as well as stimulate non-governmental agencies in implementing projects for increasing agricultural production (sect. 2). Section 4 relates to the power of the Board in respect of implementing the objectives of the policies whereas section 5 relates to the Boards composition.
