Résumé The present Ordinance implements certain articles of the Spirit Monopoly Act which lays down provisions relating to the monopoly of the production of spirits in the Federal Republic. With a view of improving agriculture and maintaining and increasing the productivity of light and poor soil, the production of spirits in rural undertakings shall be promoted. The economic aim is to supply the domestic economy with the quantities and types of spirit needed, to prevent over-production of spirits and to promote the sale and consumption of spirits for industrial and technical purposes.
