Résumé

These Regulations contain rules relating to hunting for deer of both sexes during a designated hunting season. This special hunting season is introduced by the Director of Agriculture for the purpose of controlling wildlife populations that present a safety hazard to man or that are beyond the carrying capacity of the deer range. The Division of Aquatic and Wildlife Resources shall determine the number of permits to be issued and issue the permits by a lottery-type selection process. General rules of hunting shall apply to the hunting here allowed.
