Résumé These Rules, consisting of 12 Chapters and nine Annexes, regulates all the administrative and legal requirements to be satisfied in order to request an authorization to perform specific activities within the Special Economic Zones. The Rules are divided as follows: Preliminary (Chap I); Secretariat & Employment (including: BOI to act as Secretariat of Board of Approvals and Approvals Committee (Chap II); Terms of Offices (Chap III); Disclosure of Interest (Chap IV); Meetings (Chap V); Zone Regulations (Chap VI); SEZ Committee (Chap VII); Zone Enterprise (Chap VIII); Incentives and Benefits (Chap IX); Oversight and Enforcement (Chap X); Budget & Accounts (Chap XI); Financial Rules (Chap XII). Annexes establish the following issues: Annex 1 Zone Enterprise Admission Criteria; Annex 2 Documents to be attached with Zone Enterprise Entry Application; Annex 3 Format of Zone Enterprise Entry Application; Annex 4 Format for letter of Approval of Zone Enterprise Entry Application; Annex 5 Qualification and approval criteria for approval of Zone Application; Annex 6 Documents Required with Zone Application; Annex 7 Format of Zone Application; Annex 8 Contents of Development Agreement; Annex 9 BID Evaluation Criteria.
