Skagit Environmental Enhancement Act ([RSBC 1996] Chapter 426).

This Act refers to the agreement dated March 30, 1984 between the City of Seattle in the State of Washington, United States of America and the Government; The "Commission" means the Commission established under Appendix D to the Agreement; The "Fund" means the Skagit Environmental Endowment Fund established under Appendix D to the Agreement. The Commission has the powers and rights of a corporation in British Columbia including the right to acquire and dispose of real property. The Commission and the Fund are not liable to taxation. Nor is the Commision an agent of the Government.
