Résumé The present Regulations were made under the Agri-Food Act (S.S. 1990-91, c. A-15.2) which was repealed by the Agri-Food Act, 2004. These Regulations continue in force under the Act of 2004. Section 3 of the Regulations establishes that the Saskatchewan Sheep Development Plan is continued. The general purpose of the plan is to establish a system to provide for the orderly and effective development of the Saskatchewan sheep industry. Also the Sheep Development Board is continued under section 7. The Board shall administer the above-mentioned Plan. The text consists of 30 sections and 1 Appendix.
