In particular, the Order grants the authority to the SPI Marketing Group (Agency) to regulate the marketing of hogs in interprovincial and export trade of hogs produced in Saskatchewan. Furthermore, the afore-mentioned Agency is authorized to make orders fixing, imposing and collection levies or charges from persons who are engaged in the production of marketing of hogs in Saskatchewan.
