Résumé

The present Regulations are made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Regulations authorizes the Saskatchewan Hog Marketing Commission to regulate the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of hogs produced in Saskatchewan. The text – consisting of 9 sections – deals with the following issues: application, purchase and sale, exemptions and payment to producers. The text consists of 9 sections.
