Résumé The present Regulations were made under the Agri-Food Act (S.S. 1990-91, c. A-15.2) which was repealed by the Agri-Food Act, 2004. These Regulations continue in force under the Act of 2004. Section 3 of the Regulations establish the Saskatchewan Flax Development Plan which applies to: all flax and all grades, classes or varieties of flax; and b) all persons engaged in the production or marketing of flax in Saskatchewan. The general purpose and intent of the plan is to provide for the orderly and effective development of the flax industry in Saskatchewan. Section 6 establishes the Saskatchewan Flax Development Commission for the administration of the Plan. The text consists of 20 sections.
