Résumé

The Regulation consists of 7 Sections. The present Regulation regards coastal fish processing enterprises and fish processing vessels manufacturing fish products irrespectively of their departmental jurisdiction and form of property. It is not applicable to the enterprises and workshops manufacturing infant food and foodstuffs for special purposes. The Regulation sets norms and requirements for the processing and handling of fish products destined for export (EU member-states) caught and processed on board the fishing vessels. The present Regulation must be applied to the full extent in all the existing processing enterprises manufacturing fish products for export. The Regulation sets requirements for processing and trade of bivalve molluscs. Fish products as regards food safety criteria must conform to medical and biological requirements and sanitary food quality standards. The enterprise must have sufficient production premises for carrying out work in fitting hygienic conditions. The enterprise must have industrial refrigerator or storage premises ensuring temperature standards set for each type of fish products. In case of the utilization of imported food additives the enterprise must have certificate and specification of the manufacturer and also hygienic certificate or authorization issued by the State Committee on Sanitary Supervision. Pure potable water shall be used for the manufacturing of ice.
