Entry into force notes: The present Act enters into force on 26 February 1979.

Résumé: The present Act gives the Cabinet the ability to place conditions on the transfer or lease of lands listed in a Schedule to this Act. In particular, section 1 establishes that the Act applies to the lands, being the property of Her Majesty set out in the Schedule and to any other lands belonging to Her Majesty which may from time to time be added to the Schedule by the Lieutenant Governor in Council. The text consists of 5 sections.
