Résumé This Royal Decree is composed of 5 articles and an attached Law. The provisions of the attached Law of Tourism are in force (art. 1). All engaged in tourist business shall conform to the provisions of this Law within one year from the date of its enforcement (art. 2). The Minister of Commerce and Industry shall issue the necessary executive regulations of this Law. Pending the issuance of such regulations, the existing regulations and decisions shall continue to be effective insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Law (art. 3).
