Résumé This Royal Decree is composed of 3 articles and amends the Regulation on the Protection of Agricultural Resources. Article 1 amends the first paragraph of article 3 of the Regulation as follows: “the concerned Person can complain and appeal to the Minister of Agriculture and Fish Resources against the decision provided for in the aforementioned article within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the request“. Article 2 inserts a new article 4 to the Regulation: “who violates or offends the provisions of this Regulation shall be punished with the payment of a fine of not less than Omani Rial (OMR) 5 and not more than OMR 100.
