Résumé: The Roasting Plant Board established by section 3 of the Roasting Plant Act, here repealed, shall continue in existence as a body corporate under the name of the Roasting Plant Corporation (sect. 3). The operations of the Corporation shall be controlled a Board called the Roasting Plant Board and constituted under section 5 of this Act. Subject to this Act, the functions of the Corporation shall be to carry on the business of dealing in and treating ores and concentrates and the products and by-products on specified land.
