Furthermore, a harmonization between the interests of the forest owners and the interest of the public shall have to be achieved. The text consists of 44 articles divided into 10 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Rights and duties of forest owners (II); Financial promotion (III); Forestry planning, conservation of the forest (IV); Protected forest areas (V); Rights and duties of forest users (VI); Special provisions for public, corporate and private forests (VII); Forestry administration (VIII); Penalties (IX); Transitional and final provisions (X).
