It also requires the Secretariat, when notifying the Party concerned of the International Review Panel’s identification of a possible infraction, to make every effort to also notify the owner of the vessel concerned of the potential for the determination of a pattern of infractions per the schedule above. The Parties shall, every six months, notify owners of vessels under their jurisdiction of any record of infractions which could lead to a determination of a pattern of infractions per the schedule above.
