This Resolution enters into force on 1 January 2021.
Résumé

This Regulation determines the procedure for conducting control over game animals included in the fund of hunting grounds, as well as in territories not included in the hunting grounds fund, but being a habitat for game animals, as well as the procedure for applying the results of control records for planning for withdrawal thereof and other purposes. Control censuses of regulated game species are carried out annually. Based on completed primary accounting materials the officials of responsible (authorized) organizations make calculations of the number of game animals and numbers calculation sheets are drawn up related to game (hunting) animals of a certain type, records of hunting animals. The control number of game animals of certain species is the number of game animals of a certain species living in the territory subject to registration, as of a certain date, based on the results of control surveys. Annex 1 contains the form of control number of game animal species. Annex 2 contains the form of report on control registration of game animal species. Annex 3 contains consolidated statement on control number of game animals.
